To insure your return is processed correctly and timely, you must request a Return Authorization #. If product is returned without an RA # there will be a $15.00 service fee in addition to any other fees which may apply. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a RA #.
A product may be returned once for an exchange of size. Although you do have to pay the postage to return the boot, we pay to have the replacement shipped back to you. There is a 15% restocking fee and additional shipping fees for any further exchanges. If a product is returned for any reason other than warranty problems or first exchange of size, there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a return is necessary, please contact us by email at Returns@boots99.com so we can furnish a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number to place on the package and the address to which the boot is to be returned. Since most boots are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, the address on the package may not be the correct return address.
When emailing for a RA # please include your name product brand and style and the email address
you used on your original order or the order number. If
the product is returned without a return authorization number, it could be refused
by the manufacturer and returned to you postage due in addition to a service
So please, email for a RA number. Normally,
this is a very smooth process, the only snags we have had were because packages arrived at the manufacturer's
facility without a return authorization number. Credit is not issued
until the product shows up as "returned to inventory".
This could take up to two months if returned without an RA number. If you

All product being returned must be in their original packaging with all tags affixed and cannot show any signs of wear. If product is altered or worn, it cannot be returned. The manufacturer examines all boots returned to determine if credit can be issued.
